  • David Lynch

    David, a Board Director, is an IT Strategy Consultant with over 7 years experience in the IT Sector. He has lead the development of a strategic integrated system and supporting warehouse for the delivery of Water Framework Directive in Ireland. David specialises in IT strategy and delivery of projects focused on consolidating divergent IT systems within organisations to reuse and surface data from line of business systems to satisfy reporting requirements.


  • Elaine Kelly

    Elaine, a Board Director, is an IT Project Manager with 10 years’ experience in Solution Delivery. She is an organised and logical thinker who immediately adds value to the client by creating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and by quickly coming up to speed on business processes & requirements.

    Elaine specialises in Project Management of large complex delivery programmes, working predominantly for Semi-State and Public Service clients. She is skilled in both Waterfall and the Agile Scrum Methodologies and has successfully completed the Scrum Master Certification course. Elaine holds an honours Degree in Economics and German from the University of Limerick. She has a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing and Strategy awarded by Digital Marketing Institute, (DMI).

    Emma is the Office Manager at Elm Solutions. She received a Certificate in Business Management from Dublin Institute of Technology in June 2014. She is always looking for new challenges and she recently sought to further her skills by taking an Office Skills course with Pitman Training Centre.   • Peter Murphy

    Peter is a Business Analyst with almost 7 years’ experience. He started his career working with a small company focusing on delivering tailored customer service through data analysis. Peter then worked with an international software provider again analysing data to better inform the client on internal issues such as performance metrics and new product data and external issues such as competitor analysis. He is analytical and logical by nature and enjoys using these skills to create a relationship with key stakeholders. He is a graduate of Commerce in University College Cork and of Environmental Resource Management in University College Dublin having received an honours degrees in both course. Peter has a great interest in environmental sustainability and conservation and pursues these interests in his spare time.

  • Gary O’Doherty

    Gary is an IT consultant with over 6 years experience as a project manager. He has a technical background and is naturally a logical thinker which he enjoys applying to improving business processes. Gary has extensive experience managing key stakeholders and thrives in a challenging environment.

    Gary started his career working on IT projects in Ireland which covered multiple industries, he then worked in Canada managing large scale transmission projects. Gary has experience managing mobile applications and will be attaining his scrum master certificate shortly. He has an Honours Mechanical Engineering Degree (BE) from University College Dublin (UCD) and a Masters in Energy System (ME) from UCD. Gary has completed his Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate which he has used to work with PMO’s in the past.

    A dynamic, motivated and ambitious professional with experience in the Green IT Consultation, Financial, Insurance and Health Care sector. Pro-active and results driven, accustomed to working in a fast pace environment and is enthusiastic to add to qualifications and experience. Thrives in an environment where involvement is required and teams are focused on shared outcomes.  A Business Analyst that has strong technical and functional experience and enjoys ‘bridging the gap’ between IT Delivery Team and the Client.

  • Daniel Weslley

    Daniel is a Software Developer with over 8 years’ experience building bespoke enterprise solutions and extensible and scalable distributed applications for private, semi-state and state companies both within and outside Ireland.
    He has a deep understanding and appreciation of software engineering principles and development good practices. Daniel has the ability to quickly come up to speed on development guidelines within a client and adapt his skillset to meet the criteria established by any client.
    Daniel specializes in web development using Microsoft stack and modern client-side technologies. He holds a MCSA: Web Applications Certification and a Bachelors’ Degree in Information Systems from the UNA University in Brazil.

  • Lino Salvatore

    Lino has been in the IT market for almost 10 years. He started as Software Engineer developing in PHP, Java and C# .NET. During all his technical experience, he also worked with SQL Databases in Linux and Windows Environments.
    In the last 4 years has been working as Product Owner and Business Analyst, participating in product concept development and consulting projects, most of them using Agile methodologies.
    He has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Brasilia (UnB) in Brazil. As lived in Paraguay, Italy, Brazil and Ireland, Lino is fluent in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and English.
  • Chantal Fay

    Chantal is Elm’s HR Generalist. Her background includes senior consultancy roles in the recruitment sector both in Ireland and abroad, and a number of years’ experience in various generalist HR roles in the non-for-profit and public sectors. Chantal holds a degree in Marketing & Sales from the InHolland University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands, and is CIPD accredited having successfully completed the CIPD Diploma in HR Management with National College of Ireland.
    Chantal enjoys the diversity of working in a generalist HR role, translating corporate strategy into workable operational solutions that have the best interests of the employees in mind, and she has a specific interest in the areas of Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development. She is known to have excellent organisational skills and has a keen interest in process and quality improvement.
